taking part in contests

as mentioned in previous post i have already sent out my aplication to 2 contests 1 is 1 i did last year in the mall galleries in lomdon only this time they do it electronicaly where last year they wanted the work accepted with like actually viewing it. but u know its still good stuff.  and i applied for british woman artist contest too wich seemed pretty straight forward as well.  i do feel good about taking part in these things its pretty interesting i just hate that some of them take like 15 pounds for a piece of artwork which is crazy.  just sitting here fingers crossed and waiting for the results hmmm. 

till i turn 22 list

so every year as i have my birthday i write a small list of things that i wana do till my next birth day in sence like new years resolution list.  its usualy obvious things and achievable things notting super crazy. just kind be always there in my face and remind me of what needs be done.  here what i have so far i just think its great motivator so u get them little things u want done. 

* finish the 2nd year in university.  hopefully with improved grades too. lol
* find a job. as once again im job less and with no money i really need find 1
* pierce my ears at least 2 times. can u imagene its been over a year since well anything.  not the way to go def need be done
* get a tattoo.  as i have quite few ideas for what i want and i am going to latvia next summer for my friends graduation i think i should get something done. 
*go for holliday somewhere. its been forever since i been somewhere nice so df would not mind going somewhere even for like couple days. 
* the wanted mesurments.  yes for my body i wana slim down i want be proud of how i look
*get a great backside. go with the previous point. i hate my  bum.  i want it to look hot not the way it looks
* sell at least 10 pieces of art work.  u know try earn a bit and get my self out there
* take part in at least 10 contests.  obvious art related and i have already applied for two so off to a good start. 
and last but not least * go to london at least 5 times. as minimum. god i miss london so much its crazy i just want the grand city life

this is what i have so far sometimes i add some bits trough the year but this is my basic start.  do sugest doing that cos its fun and it gives you some random just you related goals 

volunteer open day in wolaton hall

so finaly finally i recieved some responce to the mil.ion emails that i wrote to different companies about intern ships and voluntary work and what else not and nottingham city museums and galleries responded to me inviting me to the volunteer open day so this is what happened.
the open day was held in beautifull wollaton hall.  some people might rcognise it from last batman film as it was mr batmans residence. 

this beautifull place where i would not mind living lol is on top of a hill surounded by deer park and a masive gardend and a golf course. u know seemed prety straight forward get bus nr 34 from city it has stop right next to one of the gate,  claim the hill and be there but no its too much to ask. well i got to the bus casualy driving away obvious get out a bus stop early needed walk half a mile till the gate.  when i got to the gate there was massive sign stating warning the deer rruting season is on,  they may get very agresive if your in their area. . my first thought i gona get kiiled by an angry deer. always a good way to go.  lol.  so gether my self and start walking up the hill at least only see deer far away in the golf bit but i still keeplooking around and snaping pics cos my phone was not videoing proper just in case i die before i reach the safety of the garden next to the building. cos no deer is alowed there lol

noticed that all pics have a bit of bluriness to it?i was not for stoping to take a pic cos i dont want to die by a deer killing me lol.  as i got closer to the building there was more people ther so felt a bit safer lol.  when finaly got trough the door there was quite few people out about i was like standing there where do i go till this nice museum lady aproched me saying that i look confused so she just told me to go in the hall bit and wait.  there was about 10 people all together for this open day.  they took as all trough to this small room like a mini library bit realy nice room where we got like a small presentation of all the volunteer projects happening then they gave us like 15 minutes to have some tea and cookies wile we fill in forms if not done so before they had really nice chocolate ones must note lol then they gaves us all times to come back for 1 to 1 interview.  i had about half an hour to wait so i just quickly went trought the museum bit. first i saw these amazing stuffed birds they had like all these differnt things really reminded me of the natural history museum in latvia that i used to love as little kid. 

as i have been there only like 1 time i didnt knew the joys of this place i wen to go upstairs oh god the walls and celling around the stair case was masive paintings just gorgeous. 

and this beauty lead me to the incect section

and there even was i little room of all these different kinds of rocks

and im like omg its amazing but hey there is more.  there was this like africa section if u will. 

when you walked trough it it kind gave feeling of being there was kind weird its quite small area but was well cool.  lastly i went in this room with some more amazing taxidermy and all related things as there was even a bit where you can learn how its done etc.  and i spied this little frog skeleton.

i really wanted get 1 of these and i probably will treat my self for christmas hehe its just perfect. but back to the open day lol. i went back to the room to talk with this lady she just asked me couple more questions about my self like what could i give as a worker there lol and talk about how much i love working in teams lol still makes me laugh but i was totaly puling the serious face lol.  and now pretty much i just need wait till they contavt my refrences to make sure im safe lol.  and be me volunteering sadly not in this beautiful place but in here

its a life in nottingham museum well about life in nottingham in like past which i thought still would be fab as im in love with museums. period. so just see how it goes 🙂

30 day random blog challenge day 4. best thing that happened to you this week

well honestly its been a pretty good week.  lots of exiting things have happened.  honestly the main one being me turning 21.  in way cant believe its been a week already.  gone quick.  but feel prety good about my self feel like i embrace the adultness, u know applying for jobs,  gona be doing volunteering too and working every night on my uni stuff and happily filling my folder and sketchbook. i think its great i think i have steped up a bit on my usual stuff.  i mean evenmmy floor is not full with paper and stuff and its been a week lol.  feel like a real person lol.  finally. 

lol yes i have a teddy to.  i call him ted lol pretty basic stuff there lol

30 day random blog challenge day 3 : 5 things that irratate you about oposite sex

ok im not sexist or anything lol but we all have our little pet peevs about the people we choose to date lol my 5 things that iratate me about oposite sex are in no peticular order
1. lack of concentration its like guy what the hell is happening in you brain lol u lose interest in things so quickly its crazy just so easily distracted by literary everything
2. the man points. seems like ungoing theme with every guy i ever dated like he does something super sweet and romantic and straight after it he needs make up the man points by saying something stupid and killing it.  aint a good thing lol
3. the obsesion if their man hood. the size does not matter if your using it right,  unless obvious ur other half is into some freaky thing but for me personaly i do not care about how the thing looks or its size if u do a good job using it then its good.  period
4. obsesion with looks.  its the same thing that a woman does.  im to fat my legs does not look good in these jeans etc etc.  it ment be the womans thing but must say its kind cute in its own way
5. grabing out a word of a sentence and totaly miss understanding the whole idea. but must say every1s doing it cos i hate it about chicks too lol

so i cant say like these things make me angry or anything its just like why why lol

so since i can remember my self people always compared my looks to young marilyn manson. always found it as a good thing tho.  i mean look how good looking he was. lol obvious 1 bad sign like well i look like a man? lol its not that bad yet. well some people have thought befor that i look like man in drag tho.  but allways loved it lol makes my life more wicked.  haha

I’m sorry internet but my tablet hates me I did like 10 posts yesterday only 2 are actualy up now the god damn thing won’t turn on so I gona have some snacks and try make it work and upload everything that was ther plus the new stuff . I even did a what’s in my bag video lol. I dnt like things not working the way they should
