day 14 :3 healthy habbits
must say im not the healty living person never have been but i do do some minimal healthy things
1. im pretty active. i do about 3 to 4 2h martial art trainings a week plus bit mini work outs in between
2. i dont drink alcohol. eww lol i just dnt like it there is no other reason lol
3. duno if this is healthy ornot but i drink lots of water i know lots of people dont but i do i like it and i can go trough bottles of water a day just because .
