long promised nail video
finaly had bit moment to do bit on the spear room again so it starting to come together. this time i wanted to sort the window and all the side bits and bits around the door just get it moving.
i started ount on the wall with the cards too but i want get it finished before i post about it. it will take longer than i expected with the cards but im planing to get it done this week so at least the main bits are done.
as people been asking me about my bun i thought i make quick video to show how easy it can be made
so the christmas time is slowly aproaching and as always i can not wait at all. its my favorite time of the year. all i wana do is cudle up with some hot chocolate and spend time with people that i love. so this year i thought i could start out with some christmas crafts that are fun and easy to make so everyone can do it. and embrace the magical christmas spirit as much as i do hehe
so in my till 22 plan (will write more about it tommarrow) i have 2 points that involve my looks and well i just wana be skinnyer with better legs so i thougt i try out something new with a no food between 7pm and 7am. cos like diet ways im not really fan of them im more of a eat what ever i want but exersise kind person. but i thought this seemed pretty straight forward and straight to the point. plus most of that time i would sleep anyway and there be no before sleep munching like i always do. and just simply stick to drinks. i think this could go good i thought give it couple weeks see how it goes and if its working then keep it up if not then just try something else 🙂
It have finaly finaly happened. Was brosing trough instagram today and found the perfect 30 day challenge for me. And on my wll worst area too my backside and legs. Its a 30 day squat challenge. What more could i want. I want pretty bum but i cant seem to stick to some sort rutine so thought this challenge will help hme do that. Starting today. appy day 1. Woop woop. 🙂
This is reason why 1 becomes lots more sizes biger lol . But here is what u need :
200g plain flour
200g caster sugar
1 tea spoon baking powder
1/2 tea spoon biocarbonate of soda
175g unsalted butter
3 large/medium eggs
2 tea spoons vanilla extract
Some raisins and chocolate chips
600ml double cream
So all u need to do is
1. Take everything out of the fridge so it warms to room temperature
2.Preheat owen to 150c line and butter 2 30cm round trays
3. Mix sugar with butter then mix in the flour , baking powder, biocarbonate, and then add 3 eggs and vanilla extract. Mix all till get to a creamy mix .
4. I made the cake with 2 add ins so devide the mixture in half and in one add some chocolate chips and mix and in other some raisins and mix .
5. Place the mixtures each in 1 tray and bake for about 40 mins start check if ready from 35 mins.
6. Remove the cakes the trays and leave them to cool.
7. Wile waiting . Whip the douple cream with some sugar to make it sweet.
8. When the cakes are cooled place one on a plate and put a thick layer of cream on it and cover it then place the second cake and cover with cream again and if there’s some cream left just cover the sides . I sprinkled some chocolate sprinkles on top just to mix it up and done
Its super easy to make and know it doesn’t look mind blowing but it tastes like heaven and good thing is that u can’t eat lots of it as it quickly fills you up so great for sunday lunch or well thurstday in this case haha
Still being stressed out about the swim suit wearing later on this month when will be in latvia and will hav chance to go to the beach. When was in scotland I decided that when get back ill exersise everyday etc etc which well clearly isn’t happening cos its to warm and I just dnt want to move pure and simple so I thought of better way I cud be losing weight but still doing and eating most things I like . So its pure and simple no more sweeties . It is bit hard specialy if ur sweety lover like my self where at some points it just seems it candy I eat all day so I thought if I dich the sweets and let the pounds drop. Been going sweet free for just over a week and must say 2 cms off my waist and I’m back to magical 66cms but my legs still need lots work so no sweeties for me do sugest try this if u want to lose bit weight without actualy trying 🙂
