as i have started out the mini every day workouts again i thought i share them to give you some easy ideas
1. 30 squats
2. 30 sumo squats or plie squats
3. 30 leg lifts
4. 30 with each leg – on knees leg lifts
5. 30 but lifts
6. 30 sit ups
i know this is a very small work out but as i do 4 trainings of 2h each a week with martial arts i dnt wana be in muscle pain all week but dont wana kind of not do anything trough the week . noone wants too much calories building up so i find this kind of routine very good.
So it is officialy my first day of trying get back in shape . And must say doing good so far . As I did not buy any munch as I always would have done . Instead I got a large hot chocolate . Wich totaly filled me and cos its so sugary It gives me energy too . Yes I call this breakfast and lunch. In some sense feel that no bread rule gona be bit hard as that’s that kind thing I usualy get for lunch if I’m out and about. So at moment not to sure how I gona go about it . But as this my last day of uni and I’m going on spring brake means I won’t be eating lunches outside as much as for start need save money cos going scotland and 2nd no bread lol . I did got pack of halls just in case I want a sweety . As it would keep my mouth bussy without eating a freaking elephant of sandwiches lol
Dnt u ever get feel that u have worked out too much and kind think hmm ill have couple days to reast and the find ur self given up and stuffing mc donalds down ur troat wile thinking that? Lol I sure do. Its just sometimes I feel like I need a bad dream to relise that yeah need get back to it and instead of picking up a snack pack of sweets but say apple or banana instead . Always seems so hard to just have a rest and then get back into it cos its just not happenibg . Nt too pleased of my self
as mentioned before i want get back in shape and was casualy sitting about today and i had itch on my belly so i reached under my shirt and i felt a bit of my belly hanging over my trauser line.. well not good. so lets get back to work out and yes i did instantly started working out lol . so this was my work out day .
so for start i had 2h training at my parents karate school as i always have it in saturday mornings . lol here is pic of me trying to look smart during one of the exams when we had a brake lol thats def inspiring work out look
then i did my day 3 of my chalenge which is pretty easy etc and you dnt even sweat doing it but u know at least gets it moving
then finaly going on my proper work out . i started with plank 3 times do it wile counting till 100 or as long as i can . do 1 then relax for tiny bit and then repeat
next going back to basics did 100 sit ups.
next i did side plank leg lifts 30 each leg. i must say i did had some troble with this a s muscles on my back recently been super tenced again but i did do as much as i could .
next i did leg lifts when on knees. im still not sure how it was called but all you do is get on your knees and lift your leg to the side . i did each leg 30 times. could only find this pic with lifting back the way but you get the idea.
and last but not least 30 sumo squats to get them legs working
this was pretty much my saturday working out i will try keep this up a much as i can to get that body back in shape. hope this help someone maybe little idea for a work out .
so its time to start get them bum cheeks ready for summer . yes i know its February and still winter etc etc etc but my legs aint in a good state so im starting on light work out to start get me going so i thought y not do a challenge and say report every week hows it going is it improved etc . here is the bit that i gona be fallowing so no exceptions etc
i think this will give me a good start out and gets me back going into it etc plus besides this i will be cutting out sweets and amount i eat and all the usual jazz and obvious attend as many trainings as possible as well .
Think should try get back to check out my mesurments as feel well into the squat challenge day 4 today doing well easy quickly done etc every1 should do it lol. I want hot bum 1c in my life and I think I’m finaly determined enough to do it . So ill try post my stats up every week see if anything changes .

Thinnest part in belly: 66 cm (good)
Fattest part in belly: 80cm (need 76)

Def bits to improve so think work to do
It have finaly finaly happened. Was brosing trough instagram today and found the perfect 30 day challenge for me. And on my wll worst area too my backside and legs. Its a 30 day squat challenge. What more could i want. I want pretty bum but i cant seem to stick to some sort rutine so thought this challenge will help hme do that. Starting today. appy day 1. Woop woop. 🙂
If you have style of your own and u definitely don’t fit in with the norms then unless your lucky at least at 1 point in your life you will have to change being of ur self for couple hours every day to become “appropriate” for the working enviroment. Just because u simply want eat and dnt want live in cardboard box under a bridge. Since I been working since start of the year I feel that despite still having same look outside work it just feels like I’m losing the things and the look that I love and want . I must say in some sence its nice that no 1 overly judges u by way u look and dnt say that ur an idiot just beacuse all ur face is painted or something but same time it sucks so bad I miss my make up and stuff and just simply being able to express your self the way you want and ur left with these f ed up limitations that some1 somewhere have came up with its ridiculous . One can’t be one self this way . no wonder lots of people feel depresed even when they do work in their dream job and are somebody and still feel that they have to be “normal” looking to get somewhere and moment u say what u actualy thing they just show u the door. Think people should try stand ground more for what they want and not what the society asks for . Freedom of expression is needed heavily . Cos otherways we lose our souls and real needs from life
So its second time now since I have over done with all the activities as well my back muscles at one side of my back makeing my sholder and whole arm being painfull and everything . as being into all acupuncture thing. This is how to realax the bits and now what the same days evening it feels relaxed and can move about with no pain . I do sugest nt to overdo it like I have and take care in it all same witht the diets . And be ok 🙂
