Interview . Day 2?

If you seen my last post it was about me going to a job interview  in this caffe. So good things happened and they called me yesterday saying i  need to attend this kind of interview but like a more practical based. So here i am sittig in nero drinking milkshake as im 1 the  people who Arive supper early so have another 20 min to kill before i even walk over to the place. Must say pretty exited. Guess this kind means they liked me and put me forward so one more day to do and hopefully job will be mine. I think they are taking more than 1 person on so at least more chances of getting it. Will need work my bumcheeks off for wile tho so all bills payed off etc . But i liked that if i do stay here i can turn the job in full time if i decide to stay there after i finish uni . So pretty pleSed. Plus early shifts mean i can easily be in uni by 12 or 1 oco0lock. Only thing they said i can be put anywhere in the work space like 1 day i could be in the till next in the kitchen . But at least gives me like people expierences too . Till i punch some old woman for trying to buy an over priced muffin lol .

so the valentines are apporoaching

hellow friends, how are you feeling are you ready for the valentines day? i know i am. well kind of. obvious get some bits for my lovely bf to have but thats about as far as it goes. me and him be together 5 years at end of june yet this will be the first valentines day we actually have together . in some sense it is kind of making me a bit nervous . duno why tho as we dont really celebrate it anyway . we all  know that every day should be like the valentines day. but still . i guess just another thing to tick of i the grand lisst of things done in relation ship haha

30 day challenge again ?

Yes I will be doing another 30 day challenge because it helped me last time to get back into blogging every day last time when this kind of zig zag happened . Plus this is a like a photo challenge. So something a bit different . Made me think about instagram tho as I’m still not updating since my tablet is still dead hopefully will get it working soon or get a new one . Really miss it tbh .

monday mini work out

as i have started out the mini every day workouts again i thought i share them to give you some easy ideas 

1. 30 squats

i know this is a very small work out but as i do 4 trainings of 2h each a week with martial arts i dnt wana be in muscle pain all week but dont wana kind of not do anything trough the week . noone wants too much calories building up so i find this kind of routine very good.

I think when starting a work out its important to kind of measure your self and set some goals . You know to keep you motivated and driving you away from snaking . Just need make sure you dnt go totally totally crazy goal and like don’t eat at all or exercise till ur legs fall off lol.

So here is my results :

Under elbow (the biggest area): 23.5cm
Around breasts: 84cm
Just under breasts: 77cm
Thinnest part of belly: 67.5cm
Fattest part of belly (just under belly button): 84cm
Hips: 89cm
Bum (biggest area): 96cm
Leg top part (biggest area): 58.5cm
Leg bottom part (biggest area): 36cm

The goal:

This is not impossible goal to me as been pretty much it last summer so I’m hoping to repeat it this summer 🙂

the diet and working out have finaly started

So I have finally officially started with my getting in shape for summer diet and work out . Same as last year I will be using noom coach app on my tablet as bit guide as then I can record my intake and I always feel bit guilty if I do eat more than its “allowed” to. So it kind encourages it . And you can set it up about how much u wana lose and all that kind good stuff making it easy for u. I do suggest it If u want bit of something that would help u with diet . And as always exercise every day and be ok lol. I did feel like I gona die tonite just doing the sit ups but I’m doing it I want my flat belly back and see if can make my legs better looking too. I will post more on actual exercise as the days go on so I can give some ideas to you too . 🙂

my breakfast and my lunch

So it is officialy my first day of trying get back in shape . And must say doing good so far . As I did not buy any munch as I always would have done . Instead I got a large hot chocolate . Wich totaly filled me and cos its so sugary It gives me energy too . Yes I call this breakfast and lunch. In some sense feel that no bread rule gona be bit hard as that’s that kind thing I usualy get for lunch if I’m out and about. So at moment not to sure how I gona go about it . But as this my last day of uni and I’m going on spring brake means I won’t be eating lunches outside as much as for start need save money cos going scotland and 2nd no bread lol . I did got pack of halls just in case I want a sweety . As it would keep my mouth bussy without eating a freaking elephant of sandwiches lol
