best thing of past week

Must say best thing about past week must be the buying of train tics to larkhall today for end of june . Finaly get see my boyfriend again been forever ago since last seen him. And this time will be special as be celebrating our 3 years together in some way can’t believe it have been so long now . I know we dnt see each other as much as we should as long distance but love him to bits. And so can’t wait to see him again. So def def the best thinb about this week . Plus once again be celebrating my name day in scotland too . Prob with breakfast and generaly eating all day lol . But think def should at least go runing for few times wile there . So will be a good one hehe

So finaly collected all the work from final assessment so just 2 mor days to go and be done. So so exited tbh . Plus the 3d year girl that I have to help set up as part of the project said she could make me 1 them jars with a rat in that liquid stuff for 40 pound will be freaking awsome. Be a little gift to my self for sufering tru the year lol

Just went crazy and spent all my money earned for the window thing I did well still doing to buy this cute evil twin bad habit baby doll dress from urban outfiters and it was on sale too still bit pricy but really needed something nice to bust my self back on the right road and out of the depression that been having lately . Plus it just looked cute . So thought could make a doll look always wanted . Well pleased

So yestrday was kind the final working day to get all work up for final assesment in my first year of uni just few bits to do including a mega essay and be finaly finished my first year and hopefuly in an ok grade too . Been quick year to be honest but well pleased do feel like I learned a lot new things to do for my own practice . So here is just 2 pics of both my final walls will do bit mor about it tommarrow as need go colect all my stuff till noon .

So this weeks exersise of the week is leg lifts from on knees position . Pretty much all you do is get on all four and lift ur whole leg up in the sky or to the side depending which area of ur leg u want to work on. This is part of my everyday work out just do a couple of tens with each legs nd you soon should notice the difference . Till recent I dint thought any of this but now that’s the one I’m always doing cos its easy and not so tireing . Only thing need remember that u only move your leg not some funky all body bendings. You can add a small dambel on the leg or some anckle weights for better work out for that muscle .

Just finaly be on my way home feel so tired today still like 3 days to go in work but at least working my hours for money for lv and scotland and things . And be workinb this free lovely pizza off too tomarrow morning cos my mum feels fat and want go work out in morning and making me go with lol but at least take off that winter tyre finaly and get some nice legs going too . Pretty pleased lol
