Its all lies

Yes im officially  living world of lies .. lies of why im never on time lol. Today was absolute murder to get up was ment be in uni by 9 but im still in Nottingham  wich is not a good start considering that the print room closes at 3 not 5.30 like usual . Its beyondly pissing me off but im up and runiing . And having a bit of treat of caffe nero chocolate and coconut cream frappe mmm yes its the way to live lol . Feel quite full tbh . And while killing time jhere i happily found some work out challenge apps to get me motivated specialy with chrismas and new years eatings lol .  But  ack to the point . My minds just so so out there today . Im still not sure what im doing but im doing it . Thats why making list in the train  and ticking jt off too hopefuly hopefully

day in matlock

Been such lovely day today . Me and my lovely boyfriend went to matlock bath, its like a sea side town but not next to sea side . Lol like you get same feeling there as in seaside town cos all the gift shops and fish and chip places. Was well nice day as was quite sunny but not like burning hot . He’s saying now that his arms are burnt tho but dunno . At start went to this random shop that sold like medal copies and badges and cons and stuff he bought couple vinyls so have something jazzy from start of the century to listen to now . Well relaxing . Bought couple marbles too . They quite cute . After went to walk about trought this walk bit and up on a hill too to see the pretty view . was sitting up there for bit just felt so nice and peace full . After we had go to the coin arcade thing lol obvious lost like 5 pound I got a cow key chain and he got a funky sticker lol . So all not lost . And finish day with yummy fish and chips as for obvious sea side town that’s not next to the sea lol. We had lovely ride back home too . Let’s face it it feels nice when your man calls you beautiful for no aparent reason feel up lifted. Had great day was filming all day tru so be video up soon too . Fell happy

So me and my lovely boyfriend gona have little day trip as its all sunshiny and nice outside for change . We gona go matlock bath claim the hills and eat fish and chips lol . That’s the way to go . Will be so nice out and about . Filmed a get ready with me in morning too so be for look out for that .

monday mini work out

as i have started out the mini every day workouts again i thought i share them to give you some easy ideasΒ 

1. 30 squats

i know this is a very small work out but as i do 4 trainings of 2h each a week with martial arts i dnt wana be in muscle pain all week but dont wana kind of not do anything trough the week . noone wants too much calories building up so i find this kind of routine very good.

I think when starting a work out its important to kind of measure your self and set some goals . You know to keep you motivated and driving you away from snaking . Just need make sure you dnt go totally totally crazy goal and like don’t eat at all or exercise till ur legs fall off lol.

So here is my results :

Around breasts: 84cm
Just under breasts: 77cm

This is not impossible goal to me as been pretty much it last summer so I’m hoping to repeat it this summer πŸ™‚

the diet and working out have finaly started

So I have finally officially started with my getting in shape for summer diet and work out . Same as last year I will be using noom coach app on my tablet as bit guide as then I can record my intake and I always feel bit guilty if I do eat more than its “allowed” to. So it kind encourages it . And you can set it up about how much u wana lose and all that kind good stuff making it easy for u. I do suggest it If u want bit of something that would help u with diet . And as always exercise every day and be ok lol. I did feel like I gona die tonite just doing the sit ups but I’m doing it I want my flat belly back and see if can make my legs better looking too. I will post more on actual exercise as the days go on so I can give some ideas to you too . πŸ™‚

so its official im in day number 3 of nor,al work out range every day.  so get that fat off and them muscles back cause i want to wear some shorts and i dont want my legs wigling about.  not this year.  thos year is the year for change and good stuff.  so fuck fat lets do this. but must say as alwats as increase the work out load my tummy been grumbling nom stop too so need be aware that i dont stuff, y face with cakes.  ok maybe a tiny bit cake just to say hey i can aford to eat cake lol look at my flat tummy lol one day. hopefully soon.
