ok im fat

ok it have came to my attention.  well it happened last night that i have gained like 2kg. .. im not happy at all.  i need get back in shape i mean what happened.  i had such good mesurments last summer. and i am determined to get back to it.  no mather what it takes. it gona be hard but ill do it.  so i thought i need organise and start things new and fresh.  besides the bloging challenge ill be strating 2 more challenges.  1st being 30 days without bread that includes wraps all the pastries and that kind good stuff to.  which i think will get me losing weight instantly cos i love dougnuts and them chocolate bunthings and all that kind stuff.  im giving it all up.  plus my insides be happier too as wel my tummy does not like too much bread.  and second challenge i gona restart my bum challenge as i been doing it but the days have been skiped etc etc but now im ready for it.  good body here i come

sunday work out

so im trying to get into the swing of working out every day again to get that winter tyre off and look good again.  plus be able to eat what i want lol.  so this was my todays work out. 

as yesterday i started with the challenge.  and im on day 4 now.

next started with warm up with 200 star jumps.

and then good old sit ups they never let us down.  100 of them

to keep that tension on belly going i did plank 3 times, each time count till 60 then relax and repeat.

next a wall stand.  similary to plank i did this 3 times i tried counting till 60 but it felt like i dnt really feel the burn so decided go for 80 instead and then relax and repeat.

next to get them muscles going again i did this elbow to knee crunch 100 times.

and last but not least good old leg lifts from on knees position 30 with each leg to work them bum cheeks

i think my sunday work out is kind of all over body one as it is the end of the week etc.  as you notice now and will in rest of the weeks work outs that i will not work on my arms.  its just because they are in good shape with muscle no fat etc so i dnt need improve on them unlike with my bum and legs. 

saturday work out

as mentioned before i want get back in shape and was casualy sitting about today and i had itch on my belly so i reached under my shirt and i felt a bit of my belly hanging over my trauser line.. well not good. so lets get back to work out and yes i did instantly started working out lol . so this was my work out day .

so for start i had 2h training at my parents karate school as i always have it in saturday mornings . lol here is pic of me trying to look smart during one of the exams when we had a brake lol thats def inspiring work out look

then i did my day 3 of my chalenge which is pretty easy etc and you dnt even sweat doing it but u know at least gets it moving

then finaly going on my proper work out . i started with plank 3 times do it wile counting till 100 or as long as i can . do 1 then relax  for tiny bit and then repeat

next going back to basics did 100 sit ups.

next i did side plank leg lifts 30 each leg. i must say i did had some troble with this a s muscles on my back recently been super tenced again but i did do as much as i could .

next i did leg lifts when on knees. im still not sure how it was called but all you do is get on your knees and lift your leg to the side . i did each leg 30 times. could only find this pic with lifting back the way but you get the idea.

and last but not least 30 sumo squats to get them legs working

this was pretty much my saturday working out i will try keep this up a much as i can to get that body back in shape.  hope this help someone maybe little idea for a work out .

30 day bum workout challenge

so its time to start get them bum cheeks ready for summer . yes i know its February and still winter etc etc etc but my legs aint in a good state so im starting on light work out to start get me going so i thought y not do a challenge and say report every week hows it going is it improved etc . here is the bit that i gona be fallowing so no exceptions etc

i think this will give me a good start out and gets me back going into it etc plus besides this i will be cutting out sweets and amount i eat and all the usual jazz and obvious attend as many trainings as possible as well .

monday work out

so i finaly started on my work out plan yesterday it seemed easy enough and i thought i finaly share it with u.  i made it mainly for my legs because thats the main area that i want to improve.  its very basic exersizes that i do at home in my own bedroom dont need any equipment than ur self and a floor to stand on lol ao here is monday work out.  yes i know its tuesday today but i wanted to try it out first before i talk about it. 

1. 100 squats

ithis is just like a basic start jut to warm  up.  100 a minimum.  i will do these every day of the week as the base. 

2.200 jumps with a rope or star jumps

this is agai just to get bit cardio in there.  i decided that if i dont have rope awailable or i dnt want go outside in the cold i can just do star jumps instead giving me similar kind of effect

3. 30 sumo squats or wide leg squats

rest of the exersizes will be on count of 30 just to not over do it. decided to add some sumo squats to my normal squats too because i need them mega thigts gone lol

4. on back leg lifts in air.  30 times

i have not a clue how this is called profesionaly thats why couldnt even find a proper image to show you.  but what it is u take the position thats in the picture but away from the wall and all u do is just push your backside in the air and lover and repeat. 

5. on knees leg lifts up in air. 30 with each leg

once again this is for the bum cheeks just tone them up  and give them a nice shape.  you can do it standing on ur palms too not on the arm like show  in the picture. what ever is easyer for u. 

6. on knees straight leg lifts.  30 each leg

for extra movement you can add liftong the oposite arm too but as i want only the leg work i streced out the leg and lifted it up and down 30 times

7. on the back lifting bum 30 times

for the last exersize i chosed this to give that extra work out for the backside it self.  just repeat 30 times.

to add to this if i have chance to do any extra activities i tottaly jump in it and have this as a mini evening work out.  must say i dont feel any musle pain or anything today wich does make me feel that its not enough so i might add abit to the numbers for next week

feeling thin

unbalievable have happened and for change i actually feel thin. well i did lol. i took this picture just after training

you ever get feeling when you have good work out u go up to a mirror and think damn i look lots thiner than 2 h ago lol.  i always get that and then have massive breakfast or something. lol.  im just sitting here hoping that one day my  bottom half will look the same as the top half nice skinny and bit muscle here and there too obvious. cos even like today i bought some high waisted shorts they fit well around my legs and bum cheeks but are way tok wide for the waist so will need take them in a tiny bit.  legs always been my bad point,  but next year is the year when i make them nice one way or another

30 day random blog challenge day 7 : thing you like and dont like about the way you look

in some sense this is kind obvious . the thing i dont like is that i feel chubby and i really need work on my legs . which i finally have started doing . i feel that the model look is amazing and i dnt think that its not achievable obvious would take time etc but y not . obvious i dnt mean kind skin and bones look but flat tummy small boobies little bum cheeks slim legs and yes the gap lol i would kill for the gap lol . i dnt want say yeah we should love our self the way we are blah blah blah . if you dnt like something about our selves we should do something about it for our selves. ok the thing i do like about the way i look is my style choice i love being goth it brightens up my day . 🙂

Finaly 30 day challenge thats the right one for me

It have finaly finaly happened.  Was brosing trough instagram today and found the perfect 30 day challenge for me.  And on my wll worst area too my backside and legs.  Its a 30 day squat challenge.  What more could i want.  I want pretty bum but i cant seem to stick to some sort rutine so thought this challenge will help hme do that.  Starting today.  appy day 1.  Woop woop. 🙂

feeling chubby..

Just hate that feeling I get when I get dressed and I see that my tummy or backside is sticking out and nt in nice way . Like me for example I wear size 6 tops but my botom half is usualy size or 2 biger. It seems small but u know its allways how u as person feel . And I never felt proud of my body top half good to go bottom dear god no . So now as uni is starting ill be more bussy so won’t be able concentrate on food as much. I gona really start geting my self in the shape I want so I feel comfortable in it . In some way I always admired people who feel really good in their skin no matter what size or shape they are and I think that’s wht makes a person beautiful .cos if u feel good about ur self u get further cos u have 1 less thing on ur mind to worry about . Hate the fact that u go down the street or something and people say u look nice etc etc etc u say tnx but in heart u feel like ur just a big blob rolling down the street . So I thought with start of uni I gona try make it better and at least work out at evenings do them 100 sit ups and crunches for the better life we forgot about

im not fat im big boned

Ever looked in mirror and thought damn what happened I was so skinny yestrday? That’s literary only way how to explain how I feel about my look today. Just feels that after yestrdays non stop eating I have gained a stone. When I step on scale there is no change but it doesn’t mean it makes me feel any better of my tummy lol in some sence it seems crazy to me cos I put a size 6 shirt on and it fits ok just dunno . Since my lovely best friend sent me a pic of me in beach wearing shorts and bikini top I felt horrofied . And thinking my 30 day jumping challenge is totally not working. Yes I’m still doing it . Mybe I should do sit up or something instead . To work on erm effected areas more . Cos with my super low blood pressure heavy diets are nt my friend so litterary duno. Just will need come up with something that actualy makes a difference .
