I think when starting a work out its important to kind of measure your self and set some goals . You know to keep you motivated and driving you away from snaking . Just need make sure you dnt go totally totally crazy goal and like don’t eat at all or exercise till ur legs fall off lol.

So here is my results :
Top of the arm (the biggest area) : 29cm
Under elbow (the biggest area): 23.5cm
Around breasts: 84cm
Just under breasts: 77cm
Thinnest part of belly: 67.5cm
Fattest part of belly (just under belly button): 84cm
Hips: 89cm
Bum (biggest area): 96cm
Leg top part (biggest area): 58.5cm
Leg bottom part (biggest area): 36cm
Weight: 62.6kg

The goal:
Top of the arm (the biggest area) : 27cm
Under elbow (the biggest area): 22cm
Around breasts: 80cm
Just under breasts: 75cm
Thinnest part of belly: 65cm
Fattest part of belly (just under belly button): 80cm
Hips: 86cm
Bum (biggest area): 94cm
Leg top part (biggest area): 55cm
Leg bottom part (biggest area): 34cm
Weight: 60kg

This is not impossible goal to me as been pretty much it last summer so I’m hoping to repeat it this summer 🙂

what happened to the better life plan?

so was kind sorting some bits in my room today and was thinking last year this time i decided to start a better life plan just by simply improving on the little things starting from working more on my look on the house then on getting a job doing well in school etc etc etc. i just kind seemed to have forgotten about it , and honestly i dnt know why . just seems kind strange that i have. so i thought i should try get back into it , u know actually make effort to do things and seems like i kind of started on it this week as today is 1st day for my challenge and i have been doing uni work every day and u know i do feel better . i did not go to the blood donation today tho cos my dad was not in mood to come with and i dnt like going places like that by my self tbh but we planing to go ether next Monday or next Thursday. will be good :). but i think at moment i need that like a boost to get every thing rolling the way i want to . we all know the little things matter the most meaning if u feel good you will do good . feel positive about this

 

Yeah one thing is the idea of starting the business and other is actualy doing it . My parents have had several businesses in latvia and have 1 here to now and I hav seen all the strugles they have gone tru and in some way still do and as much as I’d love to own a shop it wud not only cost crazy moment at start but the mental presure the bussiness have but then again when it suceeds ur prowd of it and have the joy of being some1 . A real person. And I have no clue where to start and think gona make my self little goals like have next week or 2 to find way and decide what I’m starting with and what ill need. So wish me luck
