Day 7: photo of your most treasured item

Was thinking for a while what could I state as my most treasured item . And I think It have to be the skull charm I wear . I rarely take it off only for sports or if need do pics for uni . It means quite lot to me . So I’d say it be my most treasured item at moment . So here’s a tragic pic of me wearing it . Lol

scotland here i come

So cos bit of emergency I’m now on my way to scotland to save the day . In way at least 1 good thing out this . That well get see my boyfriend sooner than was planed . Besides that fingers crossed that everything goes well. Noone is dieing or anything like that just bit problems with house etc . I just hope tht when get out the train it won’t be as warm as in nottingham . Even now sitting in train obvious had chose the sun side . So happily dieing . At least prepared this time and hoping to spend no money in train . Have my drink and my snacks . And even had breakfast that I almost trew back up lol cos I’m not used to eating just after waking up . But for now nex 6 h can happily relax .

I think when starting a work out its important to kind of measure your self and set some goals . You know to keep you motivated and driving you away from snaking . Just need make sure you dnt go totally totally crazy goal and like don’t eat at all or exercise till ur legs fall off lol.

Around breasts: 84cm
Just under breasts: 77cm
Thinnest part of belly: 67.5cm
Fattest part of belly (just under belly button): 84cm
Hips: 89cm
Bum (biggest area): 96cm
Leg top part (biggest area): 58.5cm
Leg bottom part (biggest area): 36cm
Weight: 62.6kg

The goal:

Just under breasts: 75cm

This is not impossible goal to me as been pretty much it last summer so I’m hoping to repeat it this summer 🙂

30 day bum workout challenge

so its time to start get them bum cheeks ready for summer . yes i know its February and still winter etc etc etc but my legs aint in a good state so im starting on light work out to start get me going so i thought y not do a challenge and say report every week hows it going is it improved etc . here is the bit that i gona be fallowing so no exceptions etc

i think this will give me a good start out and gets me back going into it etc plus besides this i will be cutting out sweets and amount i eat and all the usual jazz and obvious attend as many trainings as possible as well .

but im bored of the same exercise everyday

Dnt know how about rest of u people but if I do start like little everyday work out I do it for like a week and then I’m simply bored of it and get bAck to moaning about my fat as and not doing anything about it. Its like gets to my brain and just refuses to do anything . When it hapens I always try to just simply hav few day brake and try again and if nt works then just try mixing it up a bit and be good for another week lol till it happens again .. Let’s face it never gona get pretty bum lol

Slowly getting there with the summer body but the over doing it is nt good and kind killing me past 2 days as my ass cheeks hurt lol but bad thing is that my sholder seems pretty f ed cand even lift cover proper nevermind anything else . So geting acupunkture on it tomarrow morning will hurt but hey need be done but it all be worth it . And as long as I don’t eat like an elepthant then it will be worth it lol
