sunday work out

so im trying to get into the swing of working out every day again to get that winter tyre off and look good again.  plus be able to eat what i want lol.  so this was my todays work out. 

as yesterday i started with the challenge.  and im on day 4 now.

next started with warm up with 200 star jumps.

and then good old sit ups they never let us down.  100 of them

to keep that tension on belly going i did plank 3 times, each time count till 60 then relax and repeat.

next a wall stand.  similary to plank i did this 3 times i tried counting till 60 but it felt like i dnt really feel the burn so decided go for 80 instead and then relax and repeat.

next to get them muscles going again i did this elbow to knee crunch 100 times.

and last but not least good old leg lifts from on knees position 30 with each leg to work them bum cheeks

i think my sunday work out is kind of all over body one as it is the end of the week etc.  as you notice now and will in rest of the weeks work outs that i will not work on my arms.  its just because they are in good shape with muscle no fat etc so i dnt need improve on them unlike with my bum and legs.

big glass of vitamin c but no blood giving

Yeah some plans changed and I won’t be able to go donate blood today will need be moved to start next week but not to worry I’m still gona go its for better cause so must do . I’m just happily stuck at house today def happily as can see in pic not a sign of blue sky its cold and wet so thought def need energy boost with big glass of vitamin c as it is only kind of meds that I use ever yes I’m not into it never been an look at me havnt been ill for over a year now . Well pleased . All tnx to my good old friend vitamin c

f winter i ain wearing a jacket

Ok its cold outside I know the autumn is here but I dnt want wear jacket that ill end up carrying in my hand anyway so just trew on this simple long sleves jumper its warm but nt to warm so if get cold sleves down if to warm sleves up honestly can’t memmber where got it from . Hav shorts on from primark I just costumized them a bit by ripping the bottms off as it just pressed into my chuby legs and just looked too formal I like the formal look but jeans shorts dnt go as formal in any way so now just hav riped off botoms that look pretty cool and goes with all the casual tops and t shirts for every day and uni wear . And obvious some tights as I hav leg isues clearly lol . But now am ready to take on job serch and library. And work after woop 🙂
