what happened?

Hey guys , so been a while . Must say been quite hectic couple weeks with my boyfriend moving down from scotland and me getting a job . So feels like I’m ether traveling somewhere or am at home with him and obvious nt wantting to spoil the lovely moments with blogging non stop lol. But most say feel great . I have some1 to wake up every morning have a job to go to it feels good almost like a real person. And today in bus to town I started to even want to paint again . Which did suprize me a little as been couple months since looked at canvas . Prob bring sketchbook to work with me next couple shifts so can plan out a painting . I gues I need be happy to embrace the art world . Depression aint doing it for me . I will go in bigger details about what’s happening etc in a vlog as it just seems easier to explain with hand movements etc lol . I will get back on track with updating youtube too as been a while . But I’m getting there . Hope ur enjoying the lovely summer weather not like me lol.

finaly will have a job?

Is the impossible finally happen? Lol yes it will I hopefully have introduction thing at same place my mum works finally finally . Just seems take forever . But fingers crossed . As one need money lol. Cos student loan aint gona last me . I just finally wana start doing something cos want do some bits for my art stuff too but it all cost money I dnt have so work is a must . And work as much as I can physically handle and be ok lol.

monday mini work out

as i have started out the mini every day workouts again i thought i share them to give you some easy ideas 

1. 30 squats

i know this is a very small work out but as i do 4 trainings of 2h each a week with martial arts i dnt wana be in muscle pain all week but dont wana kind of not do anything trough the week . noone wants too much calories building up so i find this kind of routine very good.

I think when starting a work out its important to kind of measure your self and set some goals . You know to keep you motivated and driving you away from snaking . Just need make sure you dnt go totally totally crazy goal and like don’t eat at all or exercise till ur legs fall off lol.

So here is my results :
Top of the arm (the biggest area) : 29cm
Under elbow (the biggest area): 23.5cm
Around breasts: 84cm
Just under breasts: 77cm
Thinnest part of belly: 67.5cm
Fattest part of belly (just under belly button): 84cm
Hips: 89cm
Bum (biggest area): 96cm
Leg top part (biggest area): 58.5cm
Leg bottom part (biggest area): 36cm
Weight: 62.6kg

The goal:
Top of the arm (the biggest area) : 27cm
Under elbow (the biggest area): 22cm
Around breasts: 80cm
Just under breasts: 75cm
Thinnest part of belly: 65cm
Fattest part of belly (just under belly button): 80cm
Hips: 86cm
Bum (biggest area): 94cm
Leg top part (biggest area): 55cm
Leg bottom part (biggest area): 34cm
Weight: 60kg

This is not impossible goal to me as been pretty much it last summer so I’m hoping to repeat it this summer 🙂
